Get It Straight is amazing! They explain everything in an easy to understand manner, and they are really nice about the whole process! Plus, I love waiting in their movie room and watching movies while waiting to be called up. Also, they have TV's above their work area, so while they're fixing your teeth, you can be watching TV!
